During World War II the Philippines became a divided country. The Japanese had occupied part of the country and Philippine President Quezon had control over the “free” area. In order to provide desperately needed currency, President Quezon created currency committees to print money. This currency was issued by various provinces and since it was issued on presidential authority, it had the same validity as regular currency. These notes from the “free” area are also known as guerrilla currency. All notes are circulated and are of various provinces, denominations, colors and sizes. We off thirty different notes for only $49.50
