These 2009 and 2013 Obama-Biden Congressional Invitations were sent only to members of Congress and their staffs, thus not many were issued. Each inaugural package is housed in its official Congress of the United States (10.5” x 7”) envelope and consists of the following items: the actual (6.5” x 10”) invitation, an Inaugural Ceremonies program (6” x 8.5”), plus (5.75” x 4.25”) black and white lithographs (with printed signatures) of both the President and Vice President (overall size 10” x 5.5”).

We offer mint condition congressional invitations for both of Barack Obama’s inaugurations, each accompanied by an inaugural button with ribbon of that inaugural year(s).
